The role
Close to the client. Close to the outcome.
You will work on small, clearly scoped client engagements rather than an isolated internal demo. That means understanding the operational problem, building the smallest useful solution, testing it carefully, and explaining it to non-technical users.
The role is designed for a university student who wants production experience with close feedback, realistic constraints, and visible ownership.
What you’ll do
- Contribute to 3–4 assigned client engagements each month, with scope adjusted to fit the part-time schedule.
- Turn approved briefs and designs into responsive, accessible interfaces and dependable workflows.
- Integrate APIs, databases, automation tools, and AI services where they solve a defined business problem.
- Write readable TypeScript or Python, use Git well, and leave useful setup and handoff documentation.
- Test edge cases, loading states, forms, permissions, and mobile layouts before client review.
- Communicate trade-offs early and protect client data, credentials, and production environments.
